Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Sterile Processing Technician to join our motivated team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high-quality standards in the Sterile Processing Department, specializing in Neuro, Ortho, robotics, and various service lines such as URO, general, and GYN.
Responsibilities- Process, sterilize, and prepare surgical instruments and trays.
- Participate in the training and onboarding of new staff within the department.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow and case picking.
- Adhere to aseptic techniques and safety standards in all processes.
- Float between like units as necessary to meet departmental needs.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sterile processing role.
- Certifications in CBSPD or IAHCSMM/HSPA required.
- Ability to comprehend and utilize standard sterilization techniques and procedures.
