Schedule / Job Type: Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
• Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
• Manage a patient caseload averaging 14–16 patients per day
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient outcomes

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Washington or eligibility to obtain
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Ability to manage a high-volume outpatient caseload effectively

• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Strong documentation and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment

• Opportunity to work a consistent Monday–Friday daytime schedule with no weekend requirements
