Are you a Physical Therapist who thrives in a people-first, therapist-led environment? At Independence Rehab
, we specialize in providing ethical, evidence-based therapy services within geriatric care facilities (SNF, Transitional Care). Our approach is built on clinical excellence, compassionate care, and empowering therapists to lead the way.

We're actively seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our rehab team, to provide evaluations and PTA supervision at Everett Transitional Care Services (ETCS) and Bethany at Silver Lake in Everett, WA
. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population while maintaining consistency in team and company culture. You will be paid while traveling between facilities during the workday.

In This Role, You Will:
  • Perform evaluations and deliver patient-centered treatment for geriatric residents
  • Design and adjust care plans to ensure the highest level of clinical outcomes
  • Collaborate with facility staff and inter-disciplinary team members to support overall patient care
  • Supervise at least one PTA
    , offering guidance, support, and mentorship
We're Looking For:
  • A licensed Physical Therapist (or license-eligible) in the state of Nebraska
  • A clinician with strong communication skills, clinical judgment, and a heart for the elderly
  • Someone who is organized, self-directed
    , and thrives in a collaborative setting
  • Prior SNF or geriatric care experience is a plus (but not required)
