Infection Preventionist RN

Everett Center in Seattle seeks an Infection Preventionist RN to lead infection prevention and control efforts across our multidisciplinary care environment. In this role, you will design and oversee surveillance programs, analyze infection data, and drive evidence-based interventions to reduce healthcare-associated infections. You will educate staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with clinical and administrative leaders on safety initiatives. Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate infection prevention and control programs
• Conduct surveillance, data analysis, and reporting of healthcare-associated infections
• Educate and train clinical and non-clinical staff on infection control practices
• Monitor compliance with infection prevention policies, standards, and regulations
• Collaborate with clinical teams to investigate and mitigate infection risks and outbreaks
• Lead performance improvement initiatives related to patient and staff safety
• Maintain documentation and prepare reports for internal and regulatory review
• Serve as subject-matter expert on infection prevention for committees and projects
