Caregiver; HCA​/CNA​/NAC Mon–Thu

Family Best Care is hiring a reliable caregiver for an ongoing in-home care assignment in Everett, WA 98201

This position begins Monday, September 7 and provides a consistent 32-hour weekly schedule. Applicants must review the location and requirements carefully before applying.

• This is a specific ongoing client assignment.

• Monday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Tuesday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Wednesday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Thursday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Applicants must be available for the listed schedule. Shift times are based on client care needs and must be worked as assigned.

• The client is located in Everett, Washington 98201.
• Applicants should review the location before applying and make sure they are able to reliably commute to and from the client’s home for each scheduled shift.
• Reliable transportation, punctuality, and consistent attendance are required.

• Assist with activities of daily living
• Support bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene care as needed
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention as appropriate
• Prepare meals and support daily routines
• Complete light housekeeping related to the client’s care
• Provide companionship and client engagement
• Support appointments, errands, or community activities as needed
• Follow the care plan and document care notes accurately
  
  Communicate client updates, concerns, and schedule needs to the office promptly

We are looking for a caregiver who is:

• Reliable and consistent with attendance
• Professional and respectful in the client’s home
• Comfortable following care direction
• Patient, calm, and emotionally steady
• Attentive to client safety, dignity, and preferences
• Strong with communication and documentation
• Able to report changes or concerns promptly
• Committed to providing dependable, high-quality care
• Able to drive and comfortable working in a home with one dog where smoking occurs

• $26 per hour
• Overtime paid at 1.5x, when applicable
• Holiday pay for company-recognized holidays, when applicable
• Health insurance available for caregivers who consistently work 35 or more hours per week
• Ongoing client assignment when available
• Support from a responsive office team

• Active Washington HCA, CNA, or NAC credential
• Current TB test or screening
• Current CPR certification
• Current Food Worker Card
• Valid government-issued photo
• Must drive and have reliable transportation
• Reliable phone access for work-related communication
• Ability to complete onboarding documents if selected
• Availability for the listed schedule
• Comfort working in a home with one dog where smoking occurs
