Skills and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Current or pending SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credentials
  • Eligible for state licensure in Connecticut
  • Experience or strong interest in working with pediatrics within a school-based environment
  • Familiarity with IEP implementation and documentation
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to K-12 students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop individualized education programs (IEPs) and document student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
  • Serve across varying caseloads, adjusting interventions to student needs
  • Commit to a consistent 3-day/weekly schedule for the full school year
