Center Well Home Health is seeking a dedicated Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant to join our caring team. You will deliver in-home physical therapy under the guidance of a Physical Therapist, helping patients regain strength and independence with personalized, compassionate care.
The role requires an active PT license, a valid driver's license, CPR certification, and strong teamwork in a geriatric-focused setting. One year of PTA experience is preferred, with 40 hours per week.
