Monday - Friday hours vary between 6:00am - 6:00pm; additional hours and rotating Saturday's as needed
Job ResponsibilitiesPerform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner
Process billing information and collect payments when required
Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis
Maintain patient and specimen information logs
Provide superior customer service to all patients
Administrative and clerical duties as necessary
Travel to additional sites when needed
Minimum QualificationsValid Washington-issued Phlebotomy License
Preferred Qualifications1 or more years of phlebotomy experience
6 or more months of current or prior Labcorp experience in phlebotomy
Additional Job StandardsIn lieu of state license requirement listed above, an application for a phlebotomy license filed with the WA Department of Health at time of hire may meet license requirement.
Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
Be at least 21 years of age or older
Reliable transportation and clean driving record
Valid Driver's License
Flexibility to work overtime as needed
Exceptional customer service
Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
Ability to work independently or in a team environment
Comfortable working under minimal supervision

We are currently seeking a Phlebotomist to work in either a Patient Service Center or Client office. In this role you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections and be the face of the company. In addition, you will be provided opportunities for continuous growth within the organization.
Quarterly Incentive Bonus ProgramPST’s may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.
PayPay Range: $22.30 - $27.69 per hour
Float Incentive:
Additional $2.00/hr plus mileage reimbursement.
