What You'll Do:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care)
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions
• Assist with light housekeeping and laundry as needed
• Create a warm, respectful, and engaging environment for residents

What You'll Bring:

• CNA preferred
• 1+ year of caregiving experience
• Compassion, reliability, and a passion for working with older adults
• Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset
