Pay $24.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on certification and experience.

CSSOW is hiring compassionate Support Workers in Everett to work with children and adults living with physical, mental, emotional, medical and learning disabilities. The work is one-on-one, in the client's own home and out in the community. You're not managing a caseload or working a floor. You're with one person, helping them do the things that make up an ordinary life — and giving their family the confidence that someone reliable is there.

Everett is our largest service area, which works in your favor two ways: we can usually build a schedule that keeps your drive short, and if you want more hours than one client needs, this is the area where that's easiest to arrange.

• Provide one-on-one support with daily living needs
• Follow each client's individual Care Plan
• Encourage clients to build their own skills and independence
• Support clients in the community — errands, appointments, activities
• Communicate with families and team members about anything affecting care

• Active Washington HCA, CNA, LPN or Para-Educator certification
• Caregiving and/or Support Worker experience
• Comfortable reading and following a written Care Plan
• Reliable, compassionate, and a clear communicator
• Able to pass a Washington State background check
• Nurse Delegation is a plus
