This engaging onsite role is located near Waterbury, CT, with positions available at both a high school and an elementary/middle school. Key

Qualifications:

• Active Connecticut School Psychologist license required
• Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology
• Prior experience working in school-based settings is strongly preferred
• Skilled in educational testing, counseling, and supporting IEP/504 plan development
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Commitment to fostering positive student outcomes and supporting diverse learners

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological and educational assessments
• Participate in Eligibility, IEP, and multi-disciplinary team meetings
• Provide individual and group counseling as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student needs
• Interpret assessment results to inform intervention plans and accommodations
• Deliver crisis intervention and behavioral consultation when appropriate
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state standards
