Job Overview

Rose's Luxury is hiring a Lead Host for its Washington location. The role involves leading front‑of‑house operations, welcoming guests, and ensuring a seamless dining experience.

• Greet guests warmly and promptly upon arrival, creating a welcoming first impression
• Coordinate communication between hosts, servers, bussers, and management
• Support the host team, providing guidance, training and motivation to ensure smooth FOH operations
• Manage reservations and waitlists using phone, online booking systems, or in‑person inquiries
• Escort guests to their tables, presenting menus and offering initial hospitality
• Maintain a clean, organized host stand and entrance area
• Support front‑of‑house team members, including servers, bussers, and managers, to ensure an exceptional guest experience
• Monitor dining room activity and table turnover, updating the floor chart in real time
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and guest privacy protocols
• Lead by example with exceptional customer service and professionalism, acting as a role model for the team
