Meet company standards for guest service, interaction with co-workers, and uniform standards;
Follow bar pre-shift notes and bar menus to provide service as described;
Serve alcoholic beverages following all proper procedures and regulations;
Upsell beer, wine, and spirits to guests;
Pour drinks responsibly according to standards;
Check guest IDs for age verification;
Communicate cut-off to guests as required;
De-escalate intoxicated guest situations and contact management or security as needed;
Restock and rearrange products as required;
Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation and ensure bar equipment is well-maintained
