Human Resource Division (HRD) provides human resource services to supervisors, managers, and employees.
DutiesThis position supports the mission by serving as a professional-level human resource consultant to agency staff, supervisors and managers as it relates to workers compensation claims, stay at work program, protected leave, scheduling pre-employment and promotional medical examinations. This position works under regular guidance to accomplish assigned work tasks.
Our new teammate will be able to:- Provide first-level professional support to team members and customers in the areas of agency medical and reasonable accommodation processes and procedures.
- Monitor and schedule all needed applicant medical examinations.
- Coordinate the Stay at Work Program through workers compensation claims.
- Work closely with the team members tracking employees returning to work from an on-the-job injury and returning to work limited duty capacity.
- Create, organize, store and secure employee medical records ensuring compliance with legal requirement, and maintaining confidentiality.
Required Qualifications:
- High School graduation or equivalent.
- One (1) year of office or administrative support.

This is not a full-time telework position. Candidates must be able and willing to work in the office and commute to here. A hybrid work schedule may be available after the required training and/or probationary period has been successfully completed.
