Aboutthe Role
The HR Generalist is a true generalist with experience and/or familiarity with all things HR. The role will provide HR business partner support for the Services organization while also supporting HR operations across benefits administration and compliance. This role will play a key part in managing retirement plans, regulatory reporting, and HR systems while partnering with leaders to support workforce initiatives.
ResponsibilitiesRetirement Plan Administration
- Manage administration of the company 401(k) plan, including employee support, vendor coordination, and plan compliance.
- Support preparation and filing of Form 5500 and assist with retirement plan audits.
Compliance & HR Operations
- Monitor and implement HR compliance updates related to federal, state, and employment regulations.
- Maintain HR documentation, policies, and procedures in alignment with regulatory requirements. (Nuclear regulations, USERRA, EEO reporting, ACA, OSHA, etc.)
HR Business Partner (HRBP) Support
- Partner with Services Leadership and the Field Service team to provide HR guidance and operational support.
- Assist with employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
- 5+ years of HR experience.
- Strong understanding of HR compliance and benefits administration.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience with immigration processes (visa sponsorship, documentation, compliance).
- HRIS administration experience, preferably UKG Ready.
- Experience supporting service‑based or field workforce environments.
- Experience supporting employees in the nuclear space is preferred.

The estimated starting salary range for this role is $88,000 - $109,000 annually less applicable with holdings and deductions, paid on a bi‑weekly basis. The actual salary offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined in the Company’s discretion, which may include experience, qualifications, tenure, skill set, availability of qualified candidates, geographic location, certifications held, and other criteria deemed pertinent to the particular role.
