This is a 6-month contract with the opportunity for extension.
What You Will Be DoingAt Helion, you will play a role in supporting the employee experience while ensuring our People systems and processes scale with the company. You'll partner with our greater People Ops team to keep core programs running smoothly, maintain data integrity, and help build a strong foundation for growth. This is an onsite role at our Everett, WA office.
You Will- Partner with the People Operations team to support initiatives and programs that enhance the employee experience
- Serve as a trusted resource for employees, responding to questions related to systems or processes with care and professionalism
- Maintain employee records and reporting requirements, ensuring compliance, confidentiality, and data integrity
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve processes, and enhance operational effectiveness as the company grows
- 1+ years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, administration, customer support, or a related field
- Experience handling confidential and sensitive information with compliance
- Experience communicating clearly and effectively, with the ability to partner across teams
- Comfortability managing multiple priorities and providing excellent employee support
