Principal Purpose of Position
- Evaluate and conduct benchmarking for hourly, salaried, and middle management positions.
- Participate in third-party compensation surveys.
- Review and approve new hire offers, promotions, and position transfers to maintain conformance to legislation, policy, and internal equity.
- Maintain integrity of job evaluation, job coding, and job documentation system, including creation and maintenance of job descriptions globally.
- Participate in the annual merit increase process, distributing planning worksheets, analyzing submissions, preparing summary reports, and executing system updates.
- Ensure compensation data integrity in the HRIS system.
- Create and run ad hoc reports as requested.
- Support administration of pension and 401(k) plans, including ad-hoc analysis, pension calculations, related paperwork, annual reporting, and responding to employee, manager, and HR questions.
- Prepare documentation of new pay plans and recommend changes and updates as needed.
- Explain compensation and retirement programs to employees and managers.
- Lead special projects as assigned.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Four-year college degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
Experience- Three or more years of experience in compensation and benefits, financial analysis, or audit.
- Superior Excel and analytical skills; experience with Workday preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Specific knowledge of compensation, including base pay, bonus, and equity.
- Knowledge of internal HR policies, practices, and procedures.
- Knowledge of external regulations and best practices in the compensation field.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Strong orientation toward continuous improvement.
- Ability to reason, influence, and resolve disagreements while keeping the company’s best interests in mind.

Competitive wages, starting in the range of $60,800.00 – $86,640.00 USD annually for full-time employees.
