Position Overview:
Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking an Associate or Mid-Level Change Management Product Data Specialist to support our Change Management Team based in Everett, WA. This role requires someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will support change management processes and ensure the integrity and consistency of product data throughout its lifecycle.
- Evaluate proposed changes to processes and products, assessing impacts and developing change management plans.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support, facilitating communication and feedback.
- Maintain and update documentation related to processes and product lifecycle data.
- Develop and deliver training or user guides for affected employees.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies, communicating them to stakeholders.
- Encourage continuous improvement through feedback and process reviews.
- Stay informed on best practices in change and product lifecycle management.
- Prepare reports and presentations on initiatives, outcomes, and recommendations.
- Assess business processes for modernization opportunities.
- Collaborate with IT/vendors on system logic and integrations, especially for PLM system modernization.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Experience with tools like Azure ADO, Microsoft Office.
- Experience with DCAC/MRM, CATIA, ENOVIA is a plus.
- Industry experience in aerospace or manufacturing.
We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package including competitive pay, variable compensation, health insurance, retirement plans, and more. Pay ranges are:
- Associate: $68,000 - $92,000
- Mid-Level: $85,000 - $115,000
