The Judge Group is seeking an Inside Plant Telecom Specialist to support a DoD customer in Everett, WA. For immediate consideration email your resume to .
- Robbie Kissinger The effort will provide telecommunications operations and maintenance (O&M). This includes secure and reliable, classified and unclassified, voice and data services in support of Command, Control, Computer, Communications and Information (C4I) operations and exercises. Responsibilities Essential functions will include:
Operate and maintain government-owned telephony switches (PBX), including:
Avaya Systems CM4.0 Perform:
Troubleshooting and repair of switch issues
Software updates and patching
Installation and configuration of switch hardware
Daily operation monitoring
Support for voicemail systems and IPE (Remote Intelligent Peripheral Equipment)
Utilize company vehicle to travel to remote locations weekly.
Ensure switch systems remain fully operational and compliant with DoD/Navy standards. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education
Active Security+ certification Associate’s degree or higher in IT or Cybersecurity (preferred).
Years of experience
2 years of experience required. 5 years preferred.
Prior experience within DoD networks.
