Radiant, a fast-growing small business specializing in digital services for public sector clients, is looking for a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team supporting a Federal client in Washington DC.

Position:
Full-Time Technical Project Manager

Location:
Minimum of three days attendance at the Radiant office

Minimum Experience: 8 years of IT project management experience

Background:
Government or healthcare experience will be a positive

Key Requirements:

• Experience in Agile Project Management
• Proficiency in cloud technologies such as AWS and SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, Service Now, etc.
• Eligibility for Public Trust clearance
• SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) certifications
• Bachelor of Science degree
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills

Responsibilities:

• Manage client meetings and relationships to ensure clear communication and understanding of project goals and requirements
• Lead cross-functional scrum teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring efficient project execution
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning and initiation to monitoring and delivery, ensuring high-quality deliverables within established timelines
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and requirements
• Provide regular status updates and reports to project stakeholders and senior management
• Contribute to Radiant CMMI Level 3:
  Development and Services practices
