About The Opportunity

DMI, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trainer with experience in curriculum development, developing training materials, train the trainer, end user training and post go‑live support. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of People Soft ELM, Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) and Oracle Learning Cloud (OCL), paired with advanced knowledge of HR business processes and project management. This role will work closely with the Human Capital Performance & Learning team and the project training team.

The role will support the following tasks: assist with conversion validation cleanup in People Soft; develop reports, functional specs, troubleshoot candidate application issues; support contractor projects by providing access to COTRs, cleaning up data, analyzing and researching issues; run Par/Spar and Report 12; maintain role and job code changes; process terminations HCM access request forms; update phone numbers, background, medical, and regulatory mode;

handle position fill methods; CA service desk tickets; process requests received via email; handle department change requests and manager cleanup.

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Develop customized training materials and guides that align with Human Capital business processes.
  • Assist with HCM training sessions (Benefits, Core HR, Recruiting, Retirement, Performance & Learning, etc.).
  • Support train the trainer activities.
  • Provide post go‑live support for training.
  • Create and manage training schedules.
Qualifications

Education and Years of

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or related discipline.
  • Six (6) or more years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum of six (6) years of experience in systems analysis in a People Soft HCM environment.
  • Must include four (4) years of functional experience in an integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
Preferred Requirements
  • Experience with People Soft ELM.
  • Familiarity with developing training programs and materials.
  • Experience working with learning management systems and learning experience platforms.
  • Experience managing projects end-to-end.
  • Knowledge of design software (e.g., Captivate, Articulate, Vyond).
Background Requirements

Successful completion of a Fingerprint background investigation.
