Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Strong knowledge of Scrum framework, Agile principles, and servant-leadership practices.
- Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies:
Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives. - Ability to remove impediments and improve team productivity and collaboration.
- Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure Dev Ops, or Rally.
- Strong communication, coaching, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time) and reporting.
- Certification preferred: CSM, PSM, or equivalent.
- Guide and coach teams on Scrum practices to ensure effective delivery of business goals.
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and ensure the team adheres to Agile values and principles.
- Work with the Product Owner to help maintain a clear and prioritized product backlog.
- Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth and uninterrupted team progress.
- Shield the team from external interruptions and distractions.
- Track and report Agile metrics to stakeholders and drive continuous improvement.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and ownership within the team.
- Support team members in adopting Agile mindsets and self-organizing behaviors.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and coaching.
Base Salary Range: $100,000-$110,000 per annum
