Millennium Enterprise Corporation (MEC) is looking for an experienced SharePoint and Power Platform Developer to design, build, and support enterprise collaboration and automation solutions. This role blends hands‑on development, solution design, and end‑user enablement in a mission‑driven environment.

What You'll Do- Craft, develop, and enhance enterprise SharePoint solutions (encompassing client, group, and site collections)
- Create SharePoint‑enabled applications that align with business goals and mission objectives
- Design and sustain innovative solutions in SharePoint Online
- Construct custom workflows, automation processes, and data exports to facilitate reporting and analytics
- Oversee and organize site content, document libraries, lists, and permissions
- Utilize Power Platform tools (such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) to enhance SharePoint functionality
- Convert business needs into technical solutions through prototypes and detailed specifications
- Assist in deployments, configurations, and the ongoing administration of the platform
- Deliver end‑user training, comprehensive documentation, and best practices
- Engage in stakeholder meetings focusing on site content, enhancements, and governance
- Adhere to Change and Configuration Management processes
- Senior‑level experience with SharePoint development and administration
- Strong understanding of custom workflows, lists, automation, and data integration
- Experience with Power Automate and Power Apps (Power BI a plus)
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and SharePoint design tools
- Ability to gather requirements and communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical users
- Experience supporting enterprise users and content governance
