Technical Services Analyst

We are looking for a self‑motivated and energetic, experienced Technical Services Analyst to work on-site at a client location. Our successful candidate will have a history of customer service experience, excellent interpersonal and communication ability, a high level of emotional intelligence, professionalism, and the knowledge and ability to solve technical challenges in a fast‑paced environment!

• Complete the installation, calibration and testing of IT equipment and peripherals.
• Monitor systems operations to detect potential problems.
• Perform basic system and software integration and hardware troubleshooting.
• Support technical dress rehearsals efforts for IT projects.
• Use the system operating system (Windows 7 and up) to perform basics such as adding and removing users.
• Monitor equipment to ensure optimal operation.
• Deliver service that creates positive, memorable experiences for end‑users.

• Exceptional customer service, organizational, and time management skills
• Hands‑on technical aptitude and the ability to learn new technologies.
• Background in desktop support with input and output devices and process experience
• Fundamental knowledge of networking, hardware, and software.
• Understanding network infrastructure and software applications is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Deadline and detail‑oriented with ability to prioritize and multitask.
• 3+ years' experience with a B2B service provider is a plus.
• Professional certification. ITF+, A+, N+, S+, ITIL Foundation is a plus.
