Koniag IT Systems, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Senior Helpdesk Technician with an active Secret security clearance to support KITS and our government customer in Lewis McChord, WA.
Requires working on-site daily.

The Senior Helpdesk Technician will be required to analyze problems and provide technical assistance, support, and advice to end users for hardware, software, and systems. The ideal candidates will resolve computer software and hardware problems and serve as the first point of contact for customer concerns.
Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties- Analyzing problems and providing technical assistance to end users.
- Studying and resolving computer software and hardware problems.
- Determining whether problems are caused by hardware, software, or system issues.
- Supporting triage meetings to collect information about user issues.
- Receiving telephone calls and emails from users experiencing problems.
- Responding to customers and troubleshooting their issues.
- Providing technical support and training to customers.
- Maintaining documentation of customer interactions.
- Following up with customers as needed.
- Handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions.
Processing customer accounts and filing documents accordingly.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Five (5)+ years of experience in supporting Information Technology.
- Good problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Secret security clearance
