Salary: $65,000 - $74,000/year
Work LocationOn-site, Washington, DC.
Responsibilities- IT support inbox triage and troubleshooting
- Onboarding/offboarding support
- User training and assistance
- Help desk or Tier 2 support experience
- Strong customer service skills
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.
Desired Qualifications- Experience in a Federal environment preferred
The salary range for this position depends upon multiple factors including location, the individual's knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, and contract-specific budget constraints and organizational requirements.
