Senior Helpdesk Technician; SECRET

Koniag IT Systems, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company is seeking a Senior Helpdesk Technician with an active Secret security clearance to support KITS and our government customer in Lewis McChord, WA. Requires working on-site daily.

• Analyzing problems and providing technical assistance to end users.
• Studying and resolving computer software and hardware problems.
• Determining whether problems are caused by hardware, software, or system issues.
• Supporting triage meetings to collect information about user issues.
• Receiving telephone calls and emails from users experiencing problems.
• Responding to customers and troubleshooting their issues.
• Providing technical support and training to customers.
• Maintaining documentation of customer interactions.
• Following up with customers as needed.
• Handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions.
• Processing customer accounts and filing documents accordingly.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Five (5)+ years of experience in supporting Information Technology.

• Good problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Secret security clearance.
