We are seeking a highly skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Washington, USA. As a Network and Systems Administrator you will be responsible for maintaining and managing our company’s network infrastructure and computer systems. This is a great opportunity for someone without experience as we will provide on-the-job training.

• Install, configure, and maintain network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any network issues.
• Manage user accounts and permissions on the company’s systems.
• Maintain software licenses and ensure all systems are up-to-date with the latest security patches.
• Provide technical support to employees regarding hardware, software, and network issues.
• Plan and implement network upgrades to improve performance and security.
• Conduct regular backups of data to ensure data integrity.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role.
• Knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows Server operating systems.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper‑V.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to identify root causes of technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with team members.
