Information Security Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Security Analyst to join our team in Washington. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our company's data and systems.

• Conduct risk assessments.
• Implement security measures.
• Respond to security incidents.
• Monitor networks and systems for potential vulnerabilities.
• Conduct penetration testing.
• Provide recommendations for improving security protocols.
• Implement and manage firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and other security technologies.
• Educate employees on proper security protocols.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in information security.
• Strong knowledge of network and system security principles.
• Experience with firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and vulnerability scanning tools.
• Knowledge of encryption technologies and secure web protocols.
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and develop risk management plans.
• Excellent communication skills.
