Position: Cleared UI/UX Designer Jobs

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for helping to define design systems and define common templates/wireframes for functionality. You should be able to look at specific population workflows in systems and envision how those workflows fit within a consolidated system.

Qualifications
  • 2-3+ years of experience delivering interface design solutions for various clients, user flows, style guides, presentations or complex prototypes.
  • Experience conducting user interviews to drive discovery and presenting design prototypes to client stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with developers and cross-functional teams to ensure workflows are outlined accurately.
  • Utilize government-specified technology to produce interactive content and analytic product templates.
  • Portfolio showcasing your work.
Bonus Points
  • Experience in a large-scale Federal IT Program.
  • Knowledge of recent design standards and trends.
  • Experience with SAFe Agile delivery framework.
