What You Will Do:
As our Senior Systems Engineer
, you will serve as the primary technical expert responsible for the design, operation, automation, security, and continuous improvement of Korry’s enterprise systems infrastructure.
You will ensure that systems across corporate and manufacturing environments operate securely, reliably, and efficiently, while supporting modern cloud platforms (Azure, Microsoft 365), AI-enabled tools (Microsoft Copilot), and advanced security monitoring (XDR, SIEM).
This role combines hands‑on operational ownership with advanced engineering responsibilities, acting as both the owner of day‑to‑day system performance and the final escalation point for complex technical and security challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:- Lead design and lifecycle management of enterprise systems infrastructure
- Own day‑to‑day system operations, stability, and performance
- Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure AD (Entra ), and Microsoft 365
- Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, One Drive)
- Support Microsoft Copilot and AI‑enabled tools securely
- Design and support Azure cloud infrastructure
- Develop automation using Power Shell
- Act as primary escalation point for complex system issues
- Perform root cause analysis for outages and incidents
- Manage endpoint platforms (SCCM, Intune)
- Implement backup and disaster recovery solutions
- Ensure compliance with CMMC Level 2 and NIST 800-171
- Maintain system documentation and standards
- Implement and support XDR platforms (Defender XDR, Crowd Strike)
- Integrate systems with SIEM (Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk)
- Investigate alerts and support incident response
- Ensure log collection, retention, and correlation
- Improve detection rules and monitoring coverage
Qualifications:
Technical Expertise
- Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy
- Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint)
- Azure AD (Entra ), MFA, Conditional Access
- Azure cloud platform
- Microsoft Copilot / AI tools
- SCCM, Intune
- Power Shell scripting
- VMware / Hyper‑V
- XDR platforms (Defender, Crowd Strike)
- SIEM tools (Sentinel, Splunk)
- Threat detection and incident response
- Endpoint and identity security
- 7–12+ years of systems engineering experience
- Experience in enterprise or regulated environments preferred
- AZ-104, AZ-305
- Microsoft 365 Enterprise Admin
- SC-200, SC-300
- CISSP (nice to have)
- Problem solving and critical thinking
- Ownership and accountability
- Adaptability in fast‑paced environments
- Strong communication
Please note the typical hiring range is $130,000 - $180,000 annually. Job offers within the range are based on significant job qualifications and pay equity.
