Help Desk Technician – WA

In this position you will provide in-depth desktop support to the users, as well as assist the IT Administrator with troubleshooting, diagnosis and resolution of both PC and network problems. You will work closely with the IT Administrator on day‑to‑day tasks. You will give technical support by phone or in person and could handle cell phone questions, printers and copier troubleshooting, software support.

You must be able to work independently and troubleshoot network issues as they arise.

• Associate’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field from an accredited two‑year college or 1 year plus experience with A+ certification
• Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Windows networks and workstations
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suites
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Lift a minimum of 25 lbs.

• Basic Windows Server and AEC Autodesk software experience preferred

$25.25/hr – $28.50/hr depending on experience.
