We are seeking a versatile Data Analyst to build dynamic dashboards and actionable operational metrics for our Avionics engineering organization. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, adapts quickly to changing priorities, and maintains a positive, collaborative attitude. This role involves transforming complex data from various sources into clear visual stories.

• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, RStudio, SQL, Smartsheet, and Excel (including Power Query and DAX).
• Experience in one of the following languages: C, Java, or Python.
• Strong understanding of relational databases, data warehousing, and cleaning messy engineering datasets.
• Proven ability to pivot quickly when production schedules, safety priorities, or project requirements change.
• Prior work experience in the aerospace industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

• Experience with artificial intelligence or knowledge-based approaches.
• Strong communication skills around complex, technical issues.
• Excellent team player with a positive attitude who can work seamlessly across multi-disciplinary engineering teams.

• Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards and engineering reports in Power BI and RStudio.
• Connect, clean, and blend data from manufacturing SQL databases, Smartsheet trackers, and Excel spreadsheets.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract data efficiently from engineering data warehouses and ERP systems.
