GTSC seeks experienced Service Desk Agents, Tier 3, for support of the US House of Representatives in Washington, DC. This role serves as the highest escalation point for complex incidents within a 24/7 hybrid service desk environment.
Candidates should have strong Windows and macOS, Active Directory, Power Shell, and Power BI skills, and be able to work onsite in the National Capitol complex. Multiple positions available; background checks and security clearance required.
