As a Reporting Analyst, you’ll partner with teams across the business to turn data into clear, meaningful insights. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders and our Business Intelligence & Analytics Manager to understand reporting needs, build dashboards and reports, identify trends, and help leaders make informed decisions.
This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys both the technical side of reporting and the problem-solving that comes with understanding what the business really needs.
You will:- Partner with teams across Operations, Sales, Recruiting, Finance, and IT to understand reporting needs and business goals.
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, scorecards, and analytical tools using Power BI, Excel, SQL, Vena, and other reporting platforms.
- Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and root causes.
- Translate business needs into clear reporting requirements and technical solutions.
- Validate reporting accuracy through testing, reconciliation, and quality assurance.
- Troubleshoot reporting issues and coordinate solutions with business and technical partners.
- Improve reporting processes through automation, standardization, and reusable reporting tools.
- Communicate insights and recommendations in a clear, actionable way.
- 1-3 Years of experience developing reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions using tools such as Power BI, Excel, SQL, or similar platforms.
- High level of proficiency with SQL and Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and explain what is driving results.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into reporting or technical solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
- The ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholder requests.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
