Technical Support Specialist

We are hiring a Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Washington. This position is open to Indian nationals who are proficient in English and have experience in computer support.

• Provide technical support via phone, email or in-person to customers and clients
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues related to computer systems
• Install and configure computer systems and software
• Perform maintenance tasks such as disk cleanups, updates and virus scans
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their technical issues and provide solutions
• Train customers on how to use new software or hardware systems
• Document all technical support activities for future reference
• Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues
• Stay updated on the latest technology trends and advancements in the field of computer support

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience in technical support or IT helpdesk role
• Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems 7, 8, 10 and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with troubleshooting hardware components such as desktops, laptops, printers etc
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

• $1700 per month
