Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour

Schedule: Flexible Availability Required, Various Shifts Available

Position Overview

Are you customer-focused, dependable, and comfortable working with technology? We are seeking an Aerospace Production Certification Proctor (E-Test Monitor) to support electronic testing and certification programs for a leading aerospace training environment.

No aerospace experience is required. This role is ideal for individuals with strong customer service skills, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a professional testing environment.

As the first point of contact for students and participants, you will play a critical role in ensuring testing sessions run smoothly, professionally, and in compliance with established guidelines.

Important: Candidates must meet U.S. Person requirements per client policy.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for students participating in electronic testing sessions.
• Monitor testing environments and ensure compliance with testing procedures and guidelines.
• Check participants in and verify prerequisites and required documentation.
• Assist students with computer logins and navigation of testing applications.
• Maintain testing schedules, classroom equipment, and testing supplies.
• Conduct classroom setup and post-session cleanup activities.
• Provide regular status updates to management regarding testing operations.
• Escalate issues or concerns promptly to leadership.
• Support instructors during training sessions as needed.
• Assist with distributing materials, helping students with computer-related questions, and maintaining a safe classroom environment.
• Support testing operations across multiple client locations.

Qualifications

Required

• Minimum one year of customer service experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and technical aptitude.
• Ability to assist users with software logins and navigation.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including varying shifts.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to support all Puget Sound locations:
  • Everett, WA
  • Seattle, WA
  • Renton, WA
• Must meet U.S. Person requirements.

Preferred

• Experience working in training, education, testing, classroom, or administrative environments.
• Experience supporting technical users or customers.
