We are seeking an Employment Law Paralegal with 3+ years of experience to play a key role in supporting our attorneys on sophisticated workplace matters, contributing to case strategy, client communication, and litigation readiness with professionalism and care. Compensation $55,000 - $70,000
- Support attorneys in employment litigation and advisory matters
- Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, subpoenas, and correspondence
- Manage case files from intake through resolution, ensuring deadlines and court rules are met
- Coordinate and organize discovery, including document review and summaries
- Assist with mediation, settlement preparation, and trial support
- Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and third parties
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with employment-law procedures and confidentiality requirements
- 3+ years of paralegal experience
, with a strong preference for employment law or civil litigation - Solid understanding of employment law procedures and litigation support
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong legal writing and document-drafting abilities
