Associate Counsel, Legal & Business Affairs

The Washington Commanders are looking for a high performing, solutions-oriented Associate Counsel to join our small in-house legal & business affairs team, with a primary focus on drafting and negotiating commercial transactions, developing and maintaining organizational processes, and collaborating with internal and external business partners. The successful candidate also will ensure the Washington Commanders operates in compliance with federal, state, and local laws and NFL Rules, including with respect to privacy and data security.

The ideal candidate will take initiative and be collaborative, adaptable, responsive, strategic, business savvy, creative, pragmatic, skilled, polished, passionate, energetic, detail-focused, organized, eager to learn, and ready to excel in a high visibility, fast-paced environment.
