Key Responsibilities Lead and support M&A transactions through all stages, including deal structuring and execution Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents and provide strategic legal advice to senior management Advise on legal and regulatory issues related to compliance matters impacting M&A transactions
Required Qualifications J.D. degree from an accredited law school and admission to at least one U.S. jurisdiction 7+ years of legal experience, including significant experience in a big law firm and corporate settings In-house experience with U.S. public companies, particularly in M&A and strategic investments
Experience with entity management and corporate transactions in the technology sector is strongly preferred Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate cross-functionally
