Junior Retail Associate

AGG, an Am Law 200 firm with more than 200 attorneys with offices in Atlanta and Washington, D.C., is seeking a junior associate with zero to three years of real estate experience to focus exclusively on retail real estate. Primary job duties will include drafting and negotiating leases (representing both landlords and tenants), purchase and sale agreements (representing both buyers and sellers), reciprocal easement agreements, and handling other aspects of commercial transactions involving retail businesses and the related real estate.

Prior leasing and purchase and sale experience is not required. Candidates must have strong academic and interpersonal skills, be a self-starter and be able to work well within a team.
