We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated attorney who enjoys managing cases from intake through resolution and values flexibility in how they work.
Responsibilities:- Manage a personal injury caseload from pre-litigation through resolution
- Communicate directly with clients, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel
- Evaluate liability, damages, and settlement strategy
- Draft pleadings, demands, and legal correspondence
- Litigation support and court appearances as needed (litigation experience is a plus, not required)
- Must be in good standing with the State Bar and must have an active license to practice law in Washington. California bar license is preferred
- Prior personal injury experience required (1 year min.)
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment
- Litigation experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Remote or hybrid work environment (location-dependent)
