IP Litigation Associate — 4G​/5G, PTAB & IPR

Finnegan’s Electrical and Computer Technology litigation and PTAB practices in Washington, DC seek mid-level associates with 3–5 years of patent litigation and IPR experience, including 4G/5G telecom standards. Candidates must hold a JD from an ABA‑accredited law school, be licensed to practice in relevant jurisdictions, and have at least 2 years of litigation experience; USPTO registration is preferred. The base pay range is $235,000–$365,000 with comprehensive benefits.
