Dexis seeks a Project Attorney to support the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation's Office of the General Counsel. You will advise on the legal and policy aspects of DFC's equity investment program and serve as first chair in negotiations with borrowers, sponsors, and lenders.
Required:
law degree, bar admission, at least five years of experience with specialized work at GS-14 level, and US citizenship with ability to obtain a security clearance. Contingent on contract award.
