Operations Procurement Agent (Level 2 or
3) – Global Supply Chain
The Operations Procurement Agent plays a critical role in managing supplier relationships and project‑managing all aspects of supplier performance within Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA). The position blends strategic thinking with on‑the‑ground execution to drive operational efficiency and overall supply chain effectiveness.
Position Responsibilities- Conduct risk, issues and opportunity management.
- Manage supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery, and financial performance.
- Initiate and execute supplier improvement activities and integrate results into contracting strategies.
- Perform data analysis, forecasting, supply and/or demand troubleshooting, and additional duties as assigned.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure program, customer and product strategies are integrated into supplier strategies.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve any arising issues.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures and audit requirements.
- 1+ years of experience with Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes.
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- 1+ years of experience in a role requiring strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- 1+ years of experience leading and managing projects.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
- Level 3: 3+ years of experience with Supply Chain and/or Procurement processes.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Business or related field.
- 3+ years of experience with industry SAP or equivalent ERP system.
- 3+ years of experience demonstrating exceptional business, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- 3+ years of experience in aerospace or manufacturing industry.
Successful candidates must satisfy Boeing’s Conflict of Interest assessment process.

Salary RangeLevel 2: $80,170 – $101,200
Level 3: $94,350 – $127,650
Export Control RequirementsMust meet U.S. export control compliance; a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, National, lawful permanent resident, refugee or asylee.
RelocationRelocation may be offered based on candidate eligibility.
