Pay Range: $51 / hour on W2

Schedule: First Shift (6:30 AM – 3:00 PM)

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Procurement Agent 3 to join our Supplier Operations and Performance team in Everett, WA. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner, integrating program, customer, and product strategies into source selection, negotiations, and contracting. You will be responsible for managing supply and demand, maintaining schedules, and driving supplier quality and delivery performance.

Successful completion of on-the-job or formal classroom training is required for this assignment.

• Sourcing & Contracting: Integrate program and product strategies into source selection, negotiation, and contracting strategies. Prepares and executes negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements.
• Supplier Performance & Quality: Manage supply and demand, delivery schedules, supplier quality, and financial performance.
• Risk Management: Conduct risk, issue, and opportunity management across your assigned portfolio.
• Continuous Improvement: Initiate and execute supplier improvement activities, integrating findings back into long-term contracting strategies.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, and/or general Business Operations.

  Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• 4+ years of experience with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes.
• 3+ years of experience within the aerospace or manufacturing industry.
• Experience with project or program management.
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to handle daily workflow alongside urgent, emerging issues.
• Strong business, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
