Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) has an opening for a Sr. Supply Chain Manager in Everett, Washington. The selected candidate will be supporting Electrical Systems Responsibility Center.

Position Responsibilities: Manages employees analyzing supply chain material requirements, developing and optimizing inventory planning and synchronizing supply chain demands.

Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.

Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.

Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.

Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.

Manages, develops and motivates employees.

This is a first/Morning shift position. Must be willing and able to work this shift.

Minimum Education Required High School/GED

Supply Chain

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 10+ years of experience in supporting Operations, Materials Management and/or Supply Chain functions in a production environment. 10+ years of experience working in a role that required strong interpersonal and communicating skills 5+ years experience in managing or leading people or teams.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Knowledge of Boeing Systems: PDM, CMES, ERPLN, MS Office, Data Mart, ETrac, and BeSSY.

Summary Pay Range: Level L - $144,000 - $176,000
