• Develop and implement logistics strategies that align with Tnuck's business objectives, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.
• Oversee the entire supply chain process, from procurement to distribution, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, carriers, and third-party logistics providers to negotiate contracts and secure favorable terms.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to optimize storage and distribution processes.
• Analyze logistics data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
• Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards, maintaining a focus on safety and sustainability in logistics operations.
• Prepare and present reports on logistics performance, highlighting key metrics and recommending strategies for improvement.
• Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in logistics technology, integrating new tools and systems as appropriate.
• Develop contingency plans to address potential disruptions in the supply chain, ensuring business continuity.
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities, contributing to the overall financial health of the logistics department.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of managing logistics operations and optimizing supply chain processes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in logistics software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in logistics and transportation.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong leadership skills, with experience in team management and development.

• Experience in e-commerce logistics or retail supply chain management.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and warehouse management software.
• Certification in logistics or supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CLTD, or similar).
• Experience with sustainability initiatives in logistics and supply chain operations.

• Proficient in logistics management software and tools, including TMS (Transportation Management Systems) and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles and practices, including inventory control, demand planning, and order fulfillment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in logistics operations.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated and proactive.

• This position is based in Washington, District of Columbia, and may require occasional travel to supplier or warehouse locations.
• The role may involve working outside of regular business hours during peak seasons or when addressing urgent logistics issues.
