Dhaka Technologies Limited is Looking for Senior Project Manager who has experience in the Construction Field.
The Senior Project Manager provides day-to-day leadership of the redevelopmentactivities and manages execution of the Base Plan Scope of Work (BPSW),including stadium infrastructure, garages, roads, and utilities.
Job Type: Onsite.
Key Responsibilities- Manage development and maintenance of the master project schedule
- Track critical path milestone sand regulatory approvals
- Lead weekly coordinationmeetings and conference calls
- Conduct regular site visitsand interface with Commanders’ Construction and Design Team (HKS, Inc.)
- Oversee risk registerdevelopment and mitigation planning
- Coordinate inter-agencyapprovals and permitting
- Review design submissions for compliance with District standards
- Prepare executive briefings and support Monthly Executive Reports
- Oversee QA/QC implementation
- Support sustainability andenergy goal compliance
- Minimum 10 years progressivepublic infrastructure project management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related discipline
- PMP or equivalentcertification preferred
- Experience in stadium,transportation, utilities, or public infrastructure projects
- Strong regulatory and procurement coordination experience
- Demonstrated abilityto lead consultant teams
