** is looking for a  
** Senior Manufacturing Manager (Level L)
** to lead parts of Boeing Commercial Airplane's  
** 777 Fuselage Assembly Center (FAC) team
** in  
** Everett, Washington** . This position is for the FAC Production Recovery Sr. Manager with a focus on out of shop travelers.

A manager in this role will develop cross-functional partnerships to achieve team and program goals while developing a work environment that promotes accountability, trust, teamwork, quality and safety.

* Position Responsibilities:

*
* + Manages employees and first-level managers performing activities within multiple manufacturing disciplines

+ Develops and executes integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals and objectives

+ Acquires resources for department activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements

+ Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports

+ Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes

+ Manages, develops and motivates employees and first-level managers

+ Integrates and partners with other Senior Leaders on 777 Program for statement of work execution

** Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):*
* + 5+ years of experience in an Aerospace, Fabrication or Manufacturing environment

+ 3+ years of experience in a leadership role leading diverse teams, initiatives and projects to meet business objectives and influence change

+ 3+ years of experience working within a cross-functional organizational environment

+ Ability to work any shift including weekends and overtime

** Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):*
* + 3+ years of experience in lean processes and initiatives

+ 3+ years of experience in coaching, guiding and mentoring teams

+ 3+ years of experience in working to lead and develop teams to execute to safety, compliance, quality and cost

+ 3+ years of experience in Manufacturing Structures

+ Great communicator both within organization and outside organization

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range: $161,100- $196,900
